The light dusting of snow across East Niagara is expected to change to blizzard conditions today with as much as 17 inches of snow possible and zero visibility.

Heavy blowing snow is expected with temperatures falling to around 19 by 5 p.m. Total daytime snow accumulation of 5 to 8 inches is possible with another 3 to 5 inches overnight and wind chill values as low as -10.
