The New York Power Authority is seeking submissions for and Earth Day sculpture contest at the Power Vista, NYPA's visitors center in Lewiston.

Anyone can enter the contest with sculptures made of recyclable materials, such as cardboard, CDs, jewel cases, bottles, jars, cans, paper, paper tubes, boxes, fabric, clay, etc.

Sculptures will be on display at the Power Vista from April 7 to April 26, when the pieces will be judged during the Every Day is Earth Day event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Prizes will be awarded in various categories. Participation forms may be obtained online or by calling 286-6652.
