A Lockport man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that $150 went missing while he was at an Appleton home.
According to the report, the homeowner had invited two friends — including the complainant — to her Hess Road apartment to drink and smoke marijuana. The complainant and the other invited guest got into a disagreement and the complainant went outside. When he did, the other guest threw the complainant's shirt out the door and locked it.
The complainant then said that $150 had been in the pocket of the shirt but was now missing.
The homeowner and the second guest both denied taking any money and stated that the complainant was not in possession of any money. There was no witness to the larceny and no evidence to collaborate the complainant's accusations. Patrol advised him to leave the residence and not to return.
The investigation is closed.
