Raymond Burley
Niagara County Sheriff's deputies spotted a Niagara Falls man's lie easily.

Raymond Burley, 27, 1570 Buffalo Ave., told police Thursday morning that his name was Joshua Burley when stopped for speeding on Lockport Olcott Road in Newfane. But his real name "Ray," was written in ink on his neck.

Upon checking with dispatch, patrol confirmed that Raymond Burley did indeed have the name "Ray" tattooed on the right side of his neck, but the driver insisted again that his name was Joshua.

He was arrested and charged with false personation as well as the original speeding charge, aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was taken to Niagara County Jail where bail was set at $250.
