Darwin J. Fifield Jr.

A City of Lockport man was arrested Friday evening and charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff's Criminal Investigation Bureau.

According to a press release from the Sheriff's Office, Darwin J. Fifield Jr., 35, of 131 Church Street, was arraigned in Royalton Town Court where bail was set at $10,000 cash or $25,000 property.

A March 4, 2014 return was set.
