Taste Niagara 2014, a celebration of local foods and beverages, will take place March 1 at the state-of-the-art Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. The Culinary Institute is home to Niagara County Community College’s Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts program.
Hosted by the Niagara County Farm Bureau in association with the Cornell University Cooperative Extension of Niagara County, the event is open to the public and will feature multiple food stations; a complimentary glass of wine, hard cider or beer; music by Justine Mercurio; tours of the facility and a food prep demonstration. A cash bar will also be available.
Tickets for the event are $30 per person. Reservations can be made by calling 735-7791, online at www.niagarafb.org or by emailing niagcofb@yahoo.com. Free parking will be available in the Rainbow Ramp, located at the north end of the Culinary Institute.
