| HEATHER N. GRIMMER/CONTRIBUTOR - Niagara County Sheriff's investigators and New York State Police are at their third robbery in East Niagara today. Investigators were dispatched to the Sunoco gas station at the corner of South Transit and Robinson roads just shortly before 11 p.m. for a complaint of an armed robbery at knife-point. It was the third such robbery in under eight hours. This time, the assailant reportedly left the knife behind when he fled. A manhunt is underway in the area of the gas station. |
