Upset that he couldn't purchase lottery tickets with a credit card, a man threatened to burn down a Town of Lockport gas station Sunday afternoon
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office report states that the man entered the Sunset Drive gas station at approximately 3:15 p.m., attempting to purchase lottery tickets with a credit card. When he was told by the station attendant that lottery tickets can only be purchased with cash, the man became angry and stated he was going to burn the gas station down. He left in a lime green older model impala with large rims.
The unknown suspect is described as a white male approximately 6'00" and had tattoos on his neck.
