A North Tonawanda man said he was harassed by the same man twice within an hour Thanksgiving night at the Tops on Transit Road in the Town of Lockport.
The man told the Niagara County Sheriff's Office on Monday that a man bumped into him as he entered work at about 11:50 p.m. Thursday. The same man, the complainant reports, came through his checkout lane about an hour later and told him, "that he was going to meet him outside later," according to the report filed with NCSO.
The man said that there have been ongoing issues over the last nine months since he had an incident with a retired Buffalo Police officer. The complainant feels that the retired officer has been making arrangements to have him harassed and this was one of those incidents, the report states.
