A Mill Street, Middleport woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that while she was shopping at Lockport's Walmart on Wednesday someone shoved her and made derogatory remarks to her.

The woman said the assailant pushed her, then followed her through the store. The complainant said the assailant swore at her and then said, "I am going to punch you in the face and I will find you."

Patrol attempted to find the assailant in Walmart with negative results. Patrol spoke with Walmart security and was advised that there was no video coverage in the area where the altercation took place.

Patrol completed a harassment informational report for the complainant and advised her to take it to the Town of Lockport Court to file the complaint.
