A Medina woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies Friday night that an unknown person went into her car while it was parked at Krull Park in the Town of Newfane and took her wallet at around 8:30 p.m.
She told NCSO that she had $130, a First Niagara credit card, and her drivers license in her wallet. There was no sign of forced entry to the vehicle or anything suspicious in the vehicle. The woman stated that the passenger side door was unlocked.
Patrol considers this case closed at this time pending new information.
