Strong wind is likely the culprit for a small cluster of homes in Hartland without power this morning.
The group of homes in located in the general vicinity of Pearson and Robson Roads. National Grid says power should be restored to those home by 1:30 p.m., although a crew has not yet been assigned to fix the situation.
