The Gasport Lions Club will kick off their 7th Annual Community Christmas Drive at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Gasport Post Office.
The kickoff will include caroling by elementary school students as they decorate the tree with mittens. Each mitten will be labeled with the age and gender of a child and their Christmas wish.
Community members are asked to select a mitten and purchase the gift requested and then drop that unwrapped gift off at any of the dropoff locations:
The tree was donated by Rickard Nursery on Checkered Tavern Road.
